After all, it comes naturally to our founder, Cara - a former newspaper journalist turned editor and publisher. She knows all too well what it takes to tell a truly good story.

It requires that we ask the right questions and deeply listen to learn the important facts, details of your relationship, and ultimately your personalities.

Then, and only then, can we take your story and bring it to life through paper.
It was 2009. I was engaged and planning my own Jackson wedding.
​
When the time came to select our save the dates, I was so disappointed by my choices. Between the Jackson stationers and the online options, I couldn't find anything that could be customized to our liking, printed on quality paper, AND infused with that Jackson Hole charm.
So, using my background in journalism, I created my own. Something beautiful and one-of-a-kind that truly reflected our story and the place we call home.
From that moment, XOWyo was born. So couples, like you, can easily design or select wedding stationery that reflects your personality and an authentic sense of place.

For those seeking a custom design, here is the process we use to create your one-of-a-kind paper suite.
01: Discover your vision
We'll begin by asking the right questions.
​
Questions like, "What are the top priorities for your guest experience?" "What colors do you like?" (Or, perhaps more importantly, "What colors do you dislike or want to avoid?") And, "What adjectives would you use to describe your wedding?" Just to name a few...
​
From there, our team will create your wedding brand.
​
This personalized brand will include fonts, colors, textures, and other design elements that reflect your vision. We'll reference this brand throughout the design process. And you can use it in other aspects of your wedding design as well.
​
Once you approve the brand, we'll dive into creating your paper suite.
02: Infuse it with the local surrounding
Adventure has always drawn people to Jackson. Perhaps it's one of the reasons you chose to get married here. So let's infuse that sense of adventure into your paper and day-of goods.

One of the ways we do that is by using different textures: Cowhide, linen, or leather.
​
We can even create, with the help of our local partners, a custom scent and incorporate it into the lining of your envelopes. (Yes, that's a thing!)

So, whether your guests have traveled to Jackson Hole prior to your wedding or not, they'll become a little more familiar with it before they even arrive.
